LO PEOR!!!!!! La mayoría de los envíos que recibo por GLS (Gines, Sevilla) no llegan a tiempo o no llegan. Para colmo de males, enviarán una notificación de que se intentó una entrega pero no había nadie en casa para recibirla. Esto ha ocurrido varias veces y es absolutamente falso. En estas ocasiones estuve físicamente presente en mi domicilio esperando la entrega programada que nunca llegó. Tengo cámaras de videovigilancia y revisé dicho tiempo del intento de entrega y he comprobado que GLS nunca estuvo allí. Luego, seguirán con un mensaje para seleccionar un punto de recogida donde pueda viajar para recoger la entrega. Esto es muy conveniente para GLS, pero también es una forma de aprovechar tanto al remitente como al destinatario que han pagado por la entrega en su dirección. Aconsejo a todos que informen su experiencia al remitente y que le notifiquen que cualquier pedido futuro enviado a través de GLS se cancelará de inmediato. Estoy seguro de que hasta que Amazon amenace con dejar de usar GLS, su servicio no mejorará. The majority of the shipments that I receive via GLS (Gines, Sevilla) don't arrive on time or at all. To add insult to injury, they wiill send a notification that a delivery was attempted but no one was at home to receive it. This has occurred several times and is absolutely false. On these occasions I was physically present at my address awaiting the scheduledd delivery that never arrived. I have video surveillence cameras and reviewed the said time of the attempted delivery and have verified that GLS never was there. Then, they will follow up with a message to select a pick-up point where I can travel to collect the delivery. This is very convenent for GLS but also a way of taking advantage of both the shipper and the recipient who have paid for delivery to their address. I adviise everyone to report your experience to the shipper and to notify them that any future orders sent via GLS will be cancelled immediately, I'm sure that until Amazon threatens to stop using GLS their service will not improve.
