The Student Room Residential Caldes, opened its doors in 2002, with the goal of providing for local and foreign students, an alternative accommodation in rooms and shared apartments or the traditional residence hall, providing students total degree of freedom in which to organize their day to day without being subjected to schedules or regulations.

En el residencial CALDES, los estudiantes se sienten como en su propia casa y encuentran un “hogar” donde poder vivir y relacionarse, mientras cursan sus distintos estudios, aprenden español, la cultura y la forma de vida española y en particular la valenciana, donde gracias a un clima muy soleado durante todo el año, se vive y se respira el ambiente de la calle.
El Residencial CALDES, te ofrece un tipo de alojamiento, en el cual, los alumnos se encuentran con todas las oportunidades para poder relacionarse con otros estudiantes de su misma edad, de la misma o distinta nacionalidad, en un entorno multirracial y con culturas diferentes. De esta manera podrás experimentar distintas experiencias y convivencias, hacer nuevos amigos, practicar con ellos el castellano, acudir con ellos a la universidad y disfrutar de todas las posibilidades que el residencial CALDES, situado en el centro de Valencia puede ofrecerte.
Con nosotros, los estudiantes tienen la opción de poder elegir el tipo de habitación que desean, pudiendo alojarse en habitaciones individuales o dobles, con baño privado o compartido, y siempre con la total libertad e independencia para poder organizarse su vida día a día, sin horarios ni normas estrictas. El estudiante dispone de un juego de llaves para poder acceder con total libertad al residencial y a su habitación.

The Residential Caldes, offers a type of accommodation, in which students are given every opportunity to interact with other students of the same age, of the same or different nationality in a multiracial environment and different cultures. This way you can experiment with different experiences and retreats, make new friends, play with them the Castilian, go with them to college and enjoy all the possibilities that the residential Caldes, located in the center of Valencia has to offer.
With us, students have the option to choose the type of room they want, and can stay in single or double rooms with private or shared bathroom, and always with the freedom and independence to organize their daily life, without schedules or strict rules. The student has a set of keys to access freely to his or her residential room.
