Warning!!! This is a very unserious clinic that neither can make Botox treatments in a professional manner nor be responsible for its failure of the same. I have been doing Botox for over 10 years in different clinics around the world and never experienced anything like this before. During the consultation before the injection, I was super clear that I did not want droopy eyelids under any circumstances. The doctor pumped Botox over my eyebrows in a way I felt worried about, but I trusted that he listened to my clear wishes and did things in his way with my desired result in mind. After a week, my whole face became asymmetrical and my eyelids were extremely droopy. I returned in despair and the same doctor reassured me and promised to correct what had happened. The pictures show my eyelids before (with a proper Botox) and after (with Psicoestética Divina Mentes treatment of my current Botox). No explanation is needed for the failed result - and this is how my eyelids still looks after 3 month. I have contacted the clinic to complain and ask for a reclamation, both trough WhatsApp and their website. It lacks response and the clinic don't respond to my objection at all. Stay away from this clinic if you don't want to wake up and look in the mirror being sad and not recognizing yourself. Because that is exactly what the result of this clinic's treatment was for me. And you need to pay 240 euros for it. Stay away from this clinic is all I can say.
